About a week has transpired since I first started trying to make the renewal of this service. My girlfrined could not make the payment form her phone and none of the charges I did went through to my account either.

Last night, I decided to try again to make the payment while my girlfriend was online in webcam chat. Against her advice, I thought that maybe the orders where just getting lost because I never saw them come through I my account. I only got a notice to wait 24 hours again for the service to be restored. It never happened again.

I did get a confirmation number and took screen shots of the process. Today, my girlfrined actualy went to their office. The could not help her there so she ended up paying them with cash. Low and behold, today, the service is restored when I got up.

So it now seems that none of the electronic payment systems are reliable or work. Because of this, we are now not going to pay any of this online anymore. I will have to just send her cash so she can pay because I wanted to cover this phone for us. Unfortunately, western union transfers cost about $12 so my effective cost of this service just doubled. They may have a great service when you can get it. But their company is horrible when it comes to customer support and reliability. They look great on the surface but when you really need something you are on your own.

Well surprisingly, I got a response within a few hours this time. However, it was from yet another intermediary on the way to support. The message said nothing other than to apologize for the trouble and inform me that the issue has been forwarded to their support group and to look for a response from then within 48 hours (are they for real?).

It seems their canned answer changed from 24 hours to 48 hours now. Who knows, maybe I will get this issue resolved by next year.

Also, I thought these support tickets went straight to support. I guess they have to go through a few people first before the final person actually gets the request (not very efficient)
